After an enquiry to Top Edge Kitchens & Bathroom Renovations about our proposed kitchen renovation, Alan was on site within 24 hours. And after a quick chat about what we wanted to achieve, Alan inspected and measured the area and made some positive suggestions about materials and colours, and advice including the relocation of some appliances e.g. wall oven and microwave for functionality, and to help future proof our renovation.

Alan then gave us a ‘free’ on the spot ‘quote’, which included ‘everything’ e.g. complete project management throughout the renovation including using fully qualified trades, demolition and removal of old kitchen and installation of new kitchen, disconnection and reconnection of any gas, electrical, and plumbing, and any structural modifications to bulkheads, ceilings and walls etc. and plastering required. Also included was an extensive choice of quality cabinetry finishes and profiles including Tesrol and Laminex, quality hinges with soft closing doors and drawers, and a great selection of prestige door handles and accessories. And all this backed by a 7 Year HIA Guarantee and 25+ Years of Experience – Simply amazing, and no other provider came close to this level of ‘Customer Service’ and ‘Peace of Mind’.

After a visit to their purpose-built factory Showroom, we selected our colours, cabinetry and benchtop, door handles and accessories – A special thankyou to Christine and Archie!

And after our ‘due diligence’ and knowing Top Edge Kitchens & Bathroom Renovations were a registered and qualified builder with insurances and warranties, we were then confident in paying for our initial drawing, and then signing our ‘fixed priced’ contract.

After only 6 weeks, we were then asked to inspect our new kitchen at their factory and ‘sign off’ before installation – A special thankyou to Caleb and the team! Then a week later, we received notification about a proposed demolition date and an installation date (the next day) and also when the trades would be on site.

Also during the demolition and installation phase, all installers and trades were very professional taking pride in their workmanship and they took only half a day to remove our old kitchen, and a day to install our new kitchen. An unbelievable performance, and real craftsmen – A special thankyou to Vince, Jana, Ashley, Gus, Ashton and Braeden!
